Synopsis
The Making of a Film Idol" is a feature length documentary expose of a film talent search that took place in the UK in 2003. It is also an unintentionally comedic guide on what not to do when casting a film.
Thing is this film is real, everyone in it is real, but you cant quite believe it. Very well put together tale of tall tales and double crossing and a slice of cheese.
Is the British film industry anything like this? if it is its not surprising with people like this in the business nothing decent gets made.
Very enjoyable though maybe a little long.
Its due out on DVD so I hear best get a copy for the pure disbelief factor.
