Synopsis
This guerilla documentary explores issues of resistance in the permanent war zone of the West Bank and East Jerusalem. Shot right on the front line, this film is filled with extraordinary images filmed in very dangerous circumstances.
Great documentary. Anyone who has any doubts about who is David and who is Goliath in this conflict should watch this documentary. I would particularly recommend the USA public to acquaint itself with this film in order to begin to see through the relentless distortion and zionist propaganda that is ubiquitous and pervasive in the majority of America media. The Palestinians have lived as refugees and under occupation for far too long. There can be no excuse for this form of intergenerational collective punishment. Israel steals Palestinian land daily. It has always done so since its inception and has continued to do so under every Israeli prime minister, it is in their DNA to do so and to believe that this is their god given right. Meanwhile, the Palestinians are demonised in the western media because they want to resist. They have inspired the world with their stubborn resistance and determination to hold on to their own land and not to be pushed away by the fourth largest military in the world. It is now high time that the Americans and the Europeans begin to demand that their governments stop to support Israel e.g. militarily, financially, though 'preferred trading partner' status of the European Union. We should not turn a blind eye when our own governments with our own money aid and abate the continued oppression of the Palestinians.
Despite annoyingly frequent adds on this website during the documentary and some problems getting it working in the first place, it is worth persevering and watching it.
This is an incredible documentary and it is a definite must see. Filmed on the front line using guerilla film-making in the permanent war zone of the West Bank and East Jerusalem, this is simply extraordinary to see. It’s definitely real and the level of risk by the film-makers to get so close to the action is simply incredible. There are some engaging, intriguing and some dangerous moments where you would feel perturbed by the whole thing but at the same time, you are eager for more, gathering as much information about the whole experience of the resistance in that region. You will not be let down watching this fascinating documentary. The only reason why you might not watch this is the shocking realism which might put people off but if that doesn’t bother you, then watch this. You won’t regret it.
