hilarious

This Mock Documentary -or ’Mockumentary’ - ridiculing the world of dog shows is, surprisingly, a winning concept. Best In Show lets you delve warmly inside the quirks and eccentricities of its stereotyped characters whilst simultaneously scoffing at and satirizing the insanity of their world. What makes this film truly hilarious is the acute solemnity of every personality, a common attribute of Director Christopher Guest, and their utter obliviousness to the absurdity that Best in Show highlights. If you have any experience with dog shows this film will give you a side splittingly mirthful and almost melancholic relation, and if not then you will be granted a riotous scope into the colourful domain that is ‘the Dog show‘. One cannot fail to applaud the dogs in this film too, as they are absolutely adorable and the cherry on top of an uproaringly satirical cake.
