Synopsis

Katherine Winter lost her faith in God after her family was tragically killed, and devoted her life since to debunking religious phenomena. Better than I expected

OK, so the storyline is a bit confusing in places and some of the twists are a little forced, but I really enjoyed this film. It was very well-filmed, with good performances from the cast. I didn't see the twist at the very end coming either.

Wow. Not like I was really into scary, thriller films to begin with but this one really put me off them. This particular thriller, starring Hillary Swank, is based on a modern-day recurrence of the ten biblical plagues in a small town in Louisiana following the death of a young boy. In a nutshell, they were unbelievable then and they are unbelievable now-- no matter what “demonic forces” are behind them.
