he Lethal Weapon films have to go down in history as one of the best action buddy cop comedies. The chemistry between Mel Gibson and Danny Glover is fantastic, magical and superb and you can’t really get any better than that. Joe Pesci makes a good addition to the cast as the infectious Leo, added for good comic relief as well as Rene Russo as Lorna Cole, Gibson’s new romantic interest. The interactions between all the characters are the highlight in this film. Although story wise, this is probably the weakest story out of the Lethal Weapon collection, however there are still enough moments that will keep you laughing and entertained. You will not be able to suppress yourself of laughter, especially the scene when Riggs and Murtaugh try to diffuse a bomb with catastrophic effects. It’s great fun and if you love this, watch the others as you won’t be disappointed.
