The first movie that started the Gamera series, produced by Daiei. So far, it is the only one that I have seen, but I aim to at least get the Heisei trilogy, since I'm told its worlds better than the made-for-children ones that followed this film. I have seen the Americanized version, which like the first Godzilla classic, has American actors cut into the film. I can't really say if it makes it better or worse than the Japanese version, most likely the latter of the two, since Gamera the Invincible isn't a highly liked film. It was to children back in its age and probably still is, but I just can't say. The dubbing (naturally) is pretty terrible. I don't see how they had great American actors cut in and then changed the Japanese voices to a horrible English tract. That probably also messed up the film as well.
