Friends Casper and Philip spend their time chasing after girls and playing a game – flip a coin and see who gets her. Then Marie turns up, a French beauty who causes havoc to their lives when their little game spirals out of control.
Flip A Coin is a film which can be a little over the top with its dramatics. The cast is solid yet sometimes one dimensional and as much as there are some humorous and interesting aspects to this film, I wasn’t really interested. It’s kinda boring with two guys who love women and decide who is going to go out with one of them by flipping a coin. It then turns into this bad ‘Lock Stock’ impersonation where they try to commit a robbery at the place where a woman they know works for. Somehow whilst watching this film, I just didn’t feel anything for the characters. Like I said before, they feel one-dimensional and at times, rigid and lacked the depth to keep them interesting during the 95 minutes duration. It might be a worth a watch if you want something new to try and that you are generally interested but that is the only recommendation I could really give you.
