The outset of this film has potential, but unfortunately it fails to materialise. There is very little action involved in this film, with the direction mainly focussed on small talk and character interaction. The film is overwhelmed by flashbacks, of which the abundance is not only irritating, but makes the film highly confusing. The ending and journey is also very predictable too. Lucy Liu usually lends her talent to a better class of film than this one, so it was quite disappointing. If you want to watch a good Vampire film, then give this a miss - there are much better.
