Synopsis

BIONICLE – THE LEGEND REBORN is the fourth instalment of the popular CGI animated saga based on LEGO toys characters. This time around the story revolves around Mata Nui, the mythical protector of the Bionicles’ world, and his fight to gain back his power. The biomechanical creature – a half machine, half living being – is stranded in a lawless alien universe where the population is divided into warring tribes, and the only means of communication seems to be gladiatorial confrontation. Mata Nui becomes a gladiator and his enduring combat superiority allows him to create his own squad of warriors. Mata Nui is then ready to challenge the cruelest of the tribes in order to claim back his ancient leadership.
