Synopsis

The year is 1582 and the ruler of Japan, Nobunga, has been brutally murdered. Master thief and friend of Nobunga, Goemon, stumbles on evidence of a secret pact between two evil warriors that led to the assassination. He must now use his breathtaking martial arts skills and return to the battlefield to rid Japan of the greed and evil that threatens the country's peace and stability once and for all - whilst reaping vengeance for the murder of his friend.
