Synopsis

The year is 2024. A boy named Vic (Don Johnson) and his talking dog, Blood, are survivors of the fourth Atomic War which left the Earth a total ruin. All that's left is to hunt for food and hunt for females. While tracking down the latter, the biy becomes trapped by the leader of an underground community called "Topeka". They want him for one reason - to foster a new generation of children.
