Synopsis
Black comedy about a son's undying love for his undead mother! Life just hasn't been the same for Ed Chilton (Steven Buscemi) since his mother (Miriam Margolyes) passed away. Sharing the house with cantankerous Uncle Benny (Ned Beatty), Ed quietly keeps the memory of his beloved mother alive. Until the day A J Pattle (John Glover) walks into Ed's life selling an unusual project - life. For a price he promises he can bring Ed's mother back to life, just the way she used to be. Ed accepts Pattle's offer and is overcome with joy when there before him stands his mother. Gradually life becomes a nightmare and bringing mother back may have been a grave mistake. Pattle tells Ed he can deal with his manic mother, but the solution may be too much for poor Ed.
