Synopsis

Promising his mother he’ll stay out of trouble, young Billy arrives on the resort island of Catalina to spend the summer with his father. Billy’s summer vacation takes a turn into outrageous adventure when he meets Sherlock – smugglers have kidnapped a streetwise talking dog that claims his policeman master. Since Sherlock will only speak to Billy and his newfound friend Emma, it’s up to the kids and Sherlock to crack the case
