fourth year at hogwarts…

The fourth film in the Harry Potter series created by J.K Rowling, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is a darker and more intense treatment of the books. Upon returning to Hogwart's Harry find himself entered in to the Triwizard Tournament, and must not only worry about the tasks set but also the coming rise of the evil Voldemort and his followers. Daniel Radcliffe puts in a more confident performance as Harry and the scripting allows him to nicely navigate the problems of growing up. Unlike the first two films which glossed over much of the book's unsettling content, The Goblet of Fire seems more willing to tackle the good vs. evil contest in a more ambitious way. The effects alone are sure to keep you entertained and the film benefits from chopping out unnecessary bits to leave a bolder version of events.
