Synopsis

A policeman is unjustly sentenced and confined to a maximum-security prison. He discovers that terrorists have planted a nuclear bomb in the prison. The terrorists’ goal is to trick the United States into a retaliatory strike against innocent Arab nations. The policeman, along with a small band of prisoners, must defuse the bomb, save Los Angeles and avert World War III.
