Classic 70's cop thriller directed by Don Siegal and starring Clint Eastwood, the film turned Eastwood in to a film superstar. Dirty Harry is good hearted but mean cop, who plays by his own rules. Harry is assigned to the task of tracking down a murderous maniac and must stop him before he claims more victims. Eastwood is brilliant as the charismatic Harry, delivering plenty of punchy lines such as the famous 'Do you feel lucky punk?'. Dirty Harry grabs your attention with its fast pace, brilliantly crafted tension and plucky dialogue. Eastwood is just too cool not to respect in this film, and it's easy to see how his character blazed a trail for others of its kind. Action, good guys vs. bad guys and plenty of violence and suspense – it has all you'd expect in an entertaining thriller.
