Synopsis

Left with monumental debt and a golf course following her father's death, a young socialite tries to drum up business by luring two of golf's leading players for a two-day tournament. However, the locals will only abide if one of their own is allowed to play. The only viable golfer around is a one-time amateur champ and World War I veteran who’s now the community drunk. With the help of a mystical caddy the amateur is able to get his life back together.
