We open in a military boardroom. The government has funded a covert operation to create a militia of cyborgs. An evil mastermind, the wheelchair bound, Elliot and his genius underling, Blaine, have gone against the government and created robots that will infiltrate America. These machines walk among humans unnoticed. One could be your neighbor, your mailman, your husband or wife.
