Happily married couple Jess (Sarah Michelle Gellar) and Ryan (Michael Landes) have a seemingly perfect life. But when Ryan’s troubled brother Roman (Lee Pace) re-enters their life, things take a sinister turn. Involved in a freak car accident, rival brothers both end up comatose and when Roman awakes claiming to be Ryan it’s up to Jess to answer the chilling question: could he really be her beloved husband or is there something much more evil at work?
