Local TV reporter Bruce Nolan doesn't think that the world is treating him fairly despite his popularity and the love of his girlfriend. After his worst day ever, Bruce angrily denounces God for ruining his life and mismanaging the universe. Enter God, who is frankly just plain tired of being blamed for Bruce's troubles. He endows Bruce with all His powers and challenges Bruce to see if he can do any better! It's one hilarious mishap after another as Bruce attempts to run the world his way in this hysterical comedy.
