Classic

With an all star cast which includes Ryan Reynolds, Alicia Keys, Common, Ben Affleck & Ray Liotta, you would think this would be a great film. It’s an ok film but it could have been so much better. The style and look of the movie is good but it gets let down by lame, complicated plot twists which is a shame because the first opening 10 minutes really showcases the films potential. The action scenes throughout the film are probably the main reason why you might enjoy it along with some crazy, stereotypical hit men/women characters. However, as you watch it, you always feel something is missing which would have made this film a classic and that is the biggest shame. It’s like it tries to be “too cool” for its own good when in reality it just falls a little flat. Nevertheless, there are some witty, funny moments and some cool scenes that are probably worth it alone just to watch.
