better than expected

When I first heard about this movie, I thought I was going to hate it. Now that I have watched it, I found it surprisingly good and surprising funny. It’s definitely a chick flick so if that doesn’t grab your appetite then this film is not for you. But even if it is a chick flick, you have to give this film a try. This film doesn’t lose its charm. Never in a million years did I imagine Kate Hudson was able to pull off a comedic role but she does it well in this romantic comedy. Matthew McConaughey is comedy gold for his part and it doesn’t matter what role he picks these days, there is always a scene with his shirt off but doesn’t detract from his good performance as well. It’s funny and it definitely reminds me of Will Smith’s Hitch but the female version although I personally prefer Hitch to this. Nevertheless, this was better than expected and worth the entertainment.
