- Paul Hipp is an American actor, singer, songwriter and film maker, He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He left Pennsylvania for New York City immediately after high school. He started his career playing for tips on the streets of Greenwhich Village while studying acting with Mira Rostova and at HB Studios with William Hickey.
