- Judi Bowker (born 6 April, 1954) is a British television and cinema actress. Her roles include Princess Andromeda in the film Clash of the Titans (1981).Bowker was born in Shawford, Hampshire, England. On stage from childhood, she first attracted international attention as the star of The Adventures of Black Beauty, a 1972 TV series which was a "continuation" (not an adaptation) of Black Beauty. Bowker was brought to the big screen by Franco Zeffirelli, who cast her as Clare in the 1973 Francis of Assisi biopic Brother Sun, Sister Moon.
