- Faith Daniels (from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) became nationally known for her role in anchoring some of America's most popular news and talk show programs. She began her national news career when she joined CBS News as the anchor of the CBS Morning News in the spring of 1985. At age 27, she was one of the youngest national news anchors ever. She joined NBC in June 1990 as the news anchor for Today and became anchor of (the now-defunct) News at Sunrise.
