- Warren Stevens (born November 2, 1919) is an American stage, screen, and television actor. Stevens' most memorable movie role was probably the ill-fated "Doc" Ostrow in the classic science fiction film Forbidden Planet (1956). He also had a supporting role in the big budget Hollywood film The Barefoot Contessa with Humphrey Bogart.
