- Simone Nicole Jean Lahbib Ould Cheikl (born 6 February 1965 in Stirling, Scotland) is a Scottish actor, popular for her television roles. She is best known for her television roles playing Isobel Anderson in the TV series Monarch of the Glen, Wing Governor Helen Stewart in the highly acclaimed ITV drama Bad Girls and Detective Inspector (DI) Alex Fielding in Wire In The Blood.
