- Renee Roberts (24 September 1908 - February 1996) was an English actress who is best remembered for her portrayal of Miss Ursula Gatsby in Fawlty Towers between 1975 and 1979. She appeared throughout the entire run; and she reprised the role in Only Fools and Horses in 1983, along with her companion from the series Miss Tibbs, played by Gilly Flower.
