Synopsis
Last year, 35 year old Richard Power was living life to the limits – and it showed. A punishing job, a 40-a-day fag habit, and a five-a-day penchant for pints of beer all had him looking 39 – according to one hundred, vendetta-less, strangers. It was the start of a love/hate relationship with the mistress of make-over, Nicky Hambleton-Jones. Cosmetic doctor, Lucy Glancey, unleashed her full arsenal of lasers, botox, facial fillers and acid peel; hairdresser Errol Douglas put the life back into his locks; and grooming guru, David Waters, taught Richard that shaving needn’t be a pain in the neck. Richard might have managed to turn the other cheek when Lucy’s lasers upped the ante in the pain department – but his styling session with Nicky was another matter, and hailed a full-scale row!
