Synopsis
Banfield treats two brothers that come into the ER with serious injuries after a drug deal goes bad. Gates is upset with Sam over the fact that she never told him that Alex (guest star DOMINIC JANES) was released from the hospital. Neela considers pediatric surgery after treating a young girl with sickle cell anemia. Meanwhile, Dr. Banfield and her husband make a critical decision about the future of their family.
