Synopsis

Sgt. Bill Crowley and police woman Pepper Anderson along with detectives Styles and Royster, are trying to uncover the top man in a narcotics rang recently organized in their territory. Retired police lieutenant Ned Daffy begs Crowley to transfer has son Kevin into the unit to replace a man who has been killed by the drug dealers. Crowley is reluctant but finally consents to arrange the transfer.
