Synopsis

Zurich are paying for an experiment which is put on hold temporarily as Alex's father arrives with the schoolboy diary of Scott of the Antarctic. Professor Mycroft waits for a messenger pigeon from Zurich while Brian tries to get to grips with 'Metal Vickey', the lab's climate control machine.
