Synopsis

As Julia's health worsens, Christian falls back into old habits. Sean hires Gina (recurring guest star JESSALYN GILSIG - "Heroes," "Boston Public") as the new McNamara/Troy receptionist in order to get back at Christian. Meanwhile, Dawn Budge (recurring guest star ROSIE O'DONNELL) returns for cosmetic surgery after another unfortunate incident.
