Synopsis

Haley's (series star BETHANY JOY GALEOTTI) sister, Quinn (series star SHANTEL VANSANTEN), makes a surprise visit. Meanwhile, Jamie (series star JACKSON BRUNDAGE) celebrates his 7th birthday.
