Synopsis

HEAT team are engulfed in a bizarre, tunnel-like storm. Once through, they discover they are 35 years in the future. New York City is a wasteland overrun by huge dragon-like mutations, created by a demented Dr. Insley. With (older) Craven’s help, HEAT and Godzilla™ must go back in time to stop Dr. Insley’s scheme.
