Synopsis
It’s only day one but one of the team is already on the casualty list. Wife, mother and grandmother Paula Smith is climbing Kilimanjaro in a desperate bid to cure her mid-life crisis but she’s already managed to dislocate two fingers. A steep climb to their first camp exposes divisions in the team and before the day is out, one person has to be left behind for tonight’s practice climb – up a live volcano in the pitch black.
