Synopsis

Lt. Hondo Harrelson is notified when former U.S. Army combat soldier Ken Gillis escapes from the psychiatric unit of a veterans hospital with a hostage. Al¬though Gillis releases the hostage a mile from the hospital, S.W.A.T. stays on his track. Meanwhile, Gillis goes on a tour of a movie studio where realistic back lot sets make him believe he is in a war zone. Seizing actress Kate Devers and her driver, Howard, Gillis makes a stand against the advancing "enemy," which in reality is the S.W.A.T. team trying to save his life.

Hondo's dilemma heightens when the soldier discovers a studio line shack full of dynamite and threatens to kill them all.
