Synopsis
Filmed six years before Michael Jackson's untimely death in June 2009, Louis Theroux sets out on a personal quest to meet ultimate pop idol Michael Jackson. The journey begins with a phone call to Uri Geller, a close personal friend of Jackson, which leads to a fantastical trek into the weird world of characters who orbited the self-proclaimed King of Pop. Louis probes the legend's life, the child abuse allegations that were to dog his final years and 'that' interview with Martin Bashir, before finally gaining an exclusive and revealing interview with Joe Jackson, Michael's father.
