Overview

Synopsis:

Hotshot plastic surgeon Christian Troy enjoys all the perks of the successful and growing Miami practice that he shares with his best friend, Sean McNamara. But while the money and women continue satisfying Christian's needs, years of selling a phony image have taken their toll on Sean and distanced him from his wife and children. For a drama show there are incredible amounts of humour. Season 6 could be the best one yet.

You know, I thought this show would run out of gas after a couple of seasons but, somehow, they keep pulling it off. Nice one.
