Academy Award winner Richard Dreyfuss stars as talented young sculptor and teacher Ken Harrison--a man who confronts the medical and legal establishments with poignancy and humor when he asks Whose Life is it Anyway?
After a tragic accident, a surgical team heroically saves Harrison's life. But the sculptor will live the rest of his life as a quadriplegic: with his mind intact, but unable to do anything for himself and permanently confined to the inside of a hospital. Harrison, who was not asked and did not consent to the procedure, fights the doctors and the government for the right to end his life. Now, one man who can do nothing on his own other than think and speak rocks the moral and legal foundations of American society with the question Whose Life is it Anyway?
